Agreement scope

This agreement applies to access to SafeW services, including account-related activity, client installation, service use, and related content made available through the product or associated service channels. By accessing, browsing, installing, registering, signing in, or continuing to use the service, a user may be understood to have read and accepted these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Account use

Users are expected to use SafeW lawfully, accurately, and within reasonable service boundaries. Account credentials should be kept secure, and users are generally responsible for activity carried out under their own account unless otherwise required by law. SafeW may restrict, suspend, or take other appropriate action where account use appears abusive, misleading, unauthorized, or inconsistent with service rules and security requirements.

User responsibility

Users may not use SafeW for unlawful conduct, abusive behavior, malicious distribution, security circumvention, service disruption, infringement of third-party rights, or any activity that undermines the safety, stability, or ordinary use of the service. If user behavior leads to complaints, disputes, legal claims, regulatory issues, or harm to other parties, the user may be responsible for the consequences to the extent required by applicable law.

Service description

SafeW may change, improve, limit, suspend, or otherwise adjust services based on operational needs, security concerns, technical upgrades, legal requirements, or product changes. Not every feature will remain available in the same form over time, and actual service availability may depend on the then-current release, platform conditions, compatibility requirements, and the way the service is being maintained at a given point in time.

Intellectual property

Brand elements, interface design, written content, visual assets, code, technical materials, and other product-related materials associated with SafeW are owned by SafeW or the relevant rights holders unless otherwise stated. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized, users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, mirror, resell, or otherwise use such materials for commercial or unauthorized purposes.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, SafeW does not assume unlimited liability for losses or disruption caused by network conditions, device compatibility issues, third-party service failures, force majeure events, security incidents outside its reasonable control, or improper user operation. Users should take reasonable care in how they access and use the service, especially where important communications, files, or account activity are involved.

Updates

SafeW may revise this agreement when business conditions, legal obligations, product changes, or service operations require it. Updated versions may take effect when published or on the date stated in the revised terms. Continued use of the service after an update may be treated as acceptance of the revised terms where such treatment is permitted by applicable law.
